WHAT: Join us for any or all of the three retreat days! Three full days of Reset skill building will enhance mindful connections to yourself and others, and build your resilience to stress. We will be layering practices like yoga, breathwork, tapping, affirmations, movement, gratitude, HeartMath, sound baths, nature immersions, and more so you can find the Resets that work for you.
Please wear weather comfortable clothing for ease of movement and walking shoes. Please bring a yoga mat, lunch side to share, and anything else you may need for the day.
